Pacquiao defeated Margarito, wins WBC super welterweight title

The pride of the Philippines Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao once again made a great history in the world of boxing. Bringing to his country a new world boxing record/title the “super welterweight “.

Now, Manny Pacquiao is the only boxer in the world who won 8 different divisions/titles at 112, 122, 126, 130, 135, 140, 147 and 154 pounds against his opponent Antonio Margarito.

Although it was not an easy fight for Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao, because Margarito was a strong fighter he stood still until the 12 rounds. Both boxers were able to exchange several blows (see pictures below). But with Manny’s speed and strong punches coming from side to side, up and down made him the new super welterweight champion.
