The big winner and crowned as Bb. Pilipinas-Universe 2011 was none other than Shamcey Supsup, The Binibining Plipinas-Universe 2011.
Shamcey Supsup, who was Binibini No. 26, beaten 39 other contestants who competed in this year's pageant.
She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines College of Architecture. She also topped the Architecture board exam in July 2010.
Shamcey will represent the Philippines in the Miss Universe pageant to be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil on September 12, 2011.

Shamcey was only not crowned as Bb. Pilipinas-Universe 2011, Shamcey also collected three special awards: Best in Talent, Miss PAL, and Miss Cream Silk.
