Survivor Philippines Season 2 or Survivor Philippines: Palau is the second season of the Philippine version of the reality television series Survivor.[2][3] The show started airing on August 17, 2009 on GMA Network. The season would also be the first one to be shown internationally through GMA Pinoy TV.[4]
Auditions were held in key cities in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The winner will receive P3,000,000 (around US$65,000), the largest ever cash prize in the history of Philippine reality game shows, and the title Pinoy Sole Survivor.
