Nokia has recently launched internet-ready and Ovi Mail-enabled handsets to target emerging markets for its Ovi Mail service.
What is Ovi Mail?
Ovi Mail is an easy-to-use email address designed for access from your Nokia device and can also be accessed from compatible desktop browsers. Your Ovi identity is your passport to using email and other fun Ovi Services.
Ovi Mail doesn’t require a download. It works out of the box for a wide range of Nokia device. Simply go to your Messaging folder and sign-up for a new email address.

The Nokia 2323 classic is set to hit the stores next month (june 2009). Because it neither has a camera or an MP3 player, it is priced at around Php 2,600. Its key features include Bluetooth connectivity, GPRS, and FM radio.
The Nokia 2330 classic looks identical and almost has the same features with the 2323 classic. However, this one has a VGA camera and will costs at around Php 3,600. ??
The Nokia 2700 classic stands out because for an affordable phone, it sure packs a lot of features. This includes a 2 MP camera and CIF@15fps video recording, an FM radio and MP3 player plus a 3.5 mm headphone jack, Bluetooth and USB connectivity, and a memory card slot. The price is yet to be determined, but it is expected to be released commercial in the third quarter of this year.
Aside from these phones there are three more affordable ones which have the same internet-ready and Ovi Mail-enabled features: the 2730 classic, 7020, and 2720 fold.
